Task Queue

In the Task Queue, you can view the status of automated tasks related to WorkSpace provisioning, user account creation, and scheduled operations. The update job runs every 10 minutes, so it may take a few minutes for changes to appear during the next update cycle.

The list is fully searchable using any of the column fields and also tracks scheduled tasks such as WorkSpace terminations.

The columns display the following information:

  • TId – Internal task identifier.

  • Step – The current stage of the task.

  • Username – The username associated with the task.

  • User – Indicates if a user account has been created.

  • WorkSpace – Indicates if WorkSpace has been created.

  • Invite – Shows whether an invitation has been sent .

  • Completed – Indicates whether the task has finished processing.

  • Last Update – The last time the task status was updated.

  • Owner – The administrator or system account responsible for the task.

  • Message – A description of the task being performed.

  • Due On – The scheduled time the task will execute.

  • Litigation Hold – Indicates if the task is restricted due to a Litigation Hold.

Tasks can also be exported using the Excel option for reporting or further analysis.
