This where we configure remote control shadowing software .
In this instance we have used Dameware, however we are able to configure this for 90% of other vendors offerings.
This is the generic account that you connect with (which will be standard throughout your organisation). You can remote control a user’s WorkSpaces by selecting ‘Dameware’ (if you have selected the ‘Enable Dameware’ option in ‘Additional Options’ and it downloads a connection file for you to run. You can also manage actions on the Service Account from the portal, like deleting it.
Enable RDP
Enables the option for downloading an RDP file to connect to the user’s WorkSpace from within the Portal.
Enable DameWare
This is the toggle to switch on and off your preferred shadowing software
