This gives an overview of your environment, along with an audit of actions carried out by portal admins and recommendations made.

The tiles visible to you can be selected in the User Preferences Section of the ADMIN tab

UnHealthy WorkSpaces – From time to time a WorkSpace may be reported as unhealthy. WSM has a auto-fix for these WorkSpaces. However, in a very small amount of cases, this will need to be fixed by AWS Support. These WorkSpaces will be highlighted here. Click on the icon and you will navigate to a page listing this/these WorkSpace(s)

Healthy WorkSpaces – This is the total amount of healthy WorkSpaces WSM has been allowed to see. By clicking on this tile, it will take you to the WorkSpaces section under the ADMIN tab

Outstanding Tasks – These are the tasks in the queue for WSM to action.

Compute Recommendations – If you are using Nuvens WSM agent for the WorkSpace, WSM will make recommendations, based on you metrics, whether a WorkSpaces is over or underutilized for the users needs.

Portal Licenses – This is the amount of maximum licenses you have applied for via www.nuvens.info. In this example you can see that they are almost at their limit. Once the limit is reached, WSM functionality will be severely limited. Please reach out to support@workspacesmanager.com if you need this resolved.

The audit log, a fully searchable list of anything that happened, has been moved to the Reports section.
Clicking on each of the symbols provides information on each item. All are self-explanatory and are covered throughout this document, and you can action where appropriate (e.g., Unhealthy WorkSpaces, Disabled User Accounts and Orphaned WorkSpaces).
You can, per example, check the API calls logged to the Nuvens License Server if these calls have failed; or the API rates over the last 24 hours if exceeded. Or Auto-delete events are also tracked here.
