Remote Service Account

In this section, we will configure the credentials for Remote Access, that it is compatible with Microsoft RDP or Dameware.

This is the generic account that you connect with (which will be standard throughout your organisation). You can remote control a user’s WorkSpaces used the preferred application from the list.

Enable RDP: enables the option for downloading an RDP file to connect to the user’s WorkSpace from within the Portal.

Enable DameWare: this is the toggle to switch on and off your preferred shadowing software.
